勞檢處長周登春說，颱風天執行外送工作，雇主應負起維護勞工安全的責任。
今年第一號強烈颱風尼伯特已接近臺灣，過去不少民眾習慣在颱風天叫外送，餐飲業員工就必須冒著風雨外送餐點，勞工局強調，依現行規定，颱風天嚴禁雇主指派勞工用摩托車外送，如經勞檢處查獲一律重罰，絕不寬貸。
